Alan was fabulous. He did everything to try and make the most of our itinerary despite the weather and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. He really one out of his way to show us a good time. The kids were much better behaved with him.

Our guide, Allen, had a diverse group. He had the difficult job of meeting each of our expectations. Felt that the group ability level was very wide and some of the participates made it hard to get general agreement on "plans" for the day. It was no fault of the guide but the team.
