Mini Bio
Born in Norfolk (officially the flattest county in the UK!), my adventures throughout my 20s have taken me snowshoeing inside the Arctic Circle in Norway, kayaking beneath icebergs in Alaska, swimming with penguins in the Falkland Islands, trekking among giants in Nepal, and campervanning across the Western Australian outback. Having returned to the UK to settle down, I’ve followed my instincts, which called me to move to the Cairngorms. Now, I enjoy balancing my work with exploring the Highlands’ rugged beauty, wildlife, and culture.
Favourite Place to Play
Around Fort William – to this day, I maintain that one of the best views I’ve ever seen was watching a misty sunset above Glencoe.
Not a lot of People Know This
One of the more random jobs I have had is counting penguins while volunteering for Falklands Conservation. It’s easier said than done!
